How to Order
You can place order in two options:
- Press ADD TO CART
- then VIEW CART then PROCEED TO CHECKOUT then Fill the information needed and CHECKOUT;
- an order confirmation email will send to you.
- Press the CHAT MESSENGER button at the bottom-right corner and communicate us for further proceeding.
Delivery Time & Charges
We do home delivery. Usually, it takes 3-4 working days (Subject to stock availability) within Dhaka city. Outside Dhaka city, we send products by Courier Service (SA Paribahon) to your nearest courier branch office- they will call you once reached the parcel, and then you have to collect it on payment.Home Delivery is “CASH ON DELIVERY” and the charge is Tk 80 per parcel.Courier Delivery is “ON CONDITION” and charge is TK 200 per parcel.
Payment Process
You can pay in two options:
- “CASH ON DELIVERY” basis means at the time of receiving the product.
- Through “BKASH” as Advance Payment. BKASH option will appear after you press PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and follow the instruction given there.
Warranty & Return policy
You may return the product within 7 days if-
- Any manufacturing fault and/or quality issue; in that case you will get new replacement.
- Wrong product delivered; in that case we will send you the right product.
After Sales Service
If there is any problem arises of chain, handle, hooks, stiches; you can send and get delivery of the product to us at your cost for FREE repairing.
